Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Used, damaged, or washed products are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept 100% prepaid online payments only.
